As usual, K denies Trump the benefit of the doubt. When Trump talks about having the people we protect pay for the protection, he reads it as isolationism. When he talks about being unpredictable to keep our enemies in check, he calls him unsupportive of our friends. There are many ways to skin a cat, telling the cat you won't use cutting equipment may make you predictable, but not effective.
