Stupak never said he opposed the Medical bill, he only opposed weakening the separation of government funds from abortion activities. He got what he wished, and he changed his vote.
It may be that there was a kickback involved, and, if so, that is regrettable.Let's go after him for that, but not use the terms "betrayed the Constitution and his own Congressional Oath." At least we need to define what the betrayal consisted of, and this is not easy or clear to me at all.
